Elena Tsagrinou (griechisch Έλενα Τσαγκρινού Elena Tsangrinou; alternative Transliteration auch Elena Tsagkrinou; * 16. November 1994 in Athen) ist eine griechische Sängerin. Sie soll Zypern beim ESC 2021 in Rotterdam vertreten. Mit nur 14 Jahren nahm sie 2009 an der griechischen Version von Got Talent teil, wo sie das Halbfinale erreichte. 2013 schloss sie sich der Band OtherView an, trennte sich jedoch 2018 nach fünf Jahren von ihr, um sich auf ihre Solokarriere zu konzentrieren. #eurovision #song #contest #2021 #elena #tsagrinou #solo #cyprus

El Diablo (spanisch für Der Teufel) ist ein Popsong, mit dem die Sängerin Tsagrinou Zypern beim ESC 2021 vertreten wird. Er wurde von Jimmy Thornfeldt, Laurell Barker, Cleiton Sia und Thomas Stengaard geschrieben. Laut des Rundfunks handle der Titel von der Liebe zu einer Person, die so böse wie der Teufel sei. Das Lied handele vom ewigen Kampf zwischen Gut und Böse. Die problematische Beziehung sei mit dem Stockholm-Syndrom zu erklären. Dennoch suche die Frau nach Wegen, in die Freiheit zu gelangen. Der Titel solle als Inspiration für Menschen, welche ähnliche Situationen durchlebten. #esc

    Der 65. Eurovision Song Contest soll im Zeitraum vom 18. bis zum 22. Mai 2021 in der Ahoy-Arena in der niederländischen Stadt Rotterdam stattfinden. Nachdem die Niederlande den Eurovision Song Contest 2019 gewinnen konnten und die Veranstaltung 2020 in Rotterdam wegen der COVID-19-Pandemie abgesagt wurde, soll der Eurovision Song Contest im Jahr 2021 nun dort stattfinden.
