Eurovision Song Contest Moldova 2021

Natalia Gordienko (Natalya Hordiyenko; born December 11, 1987 in Moldavian SSR) is a singer of Ukrainian descent. Natalia Gordienko has a music school degree as a pianist and earned her high school diploma in 2006. She competed together with pop singer Arsenium at ESC 2006 with the song Loca for Moldova, where she placed 20th in the final. As a solo singer, she was able to beat out 18 competitors in the Moldovan pre-selection for ESC 2020 and was now supposed to compete for her country. Since the competition was canceled, Gordienko will participate in ESC 2021. #moldova #natalia #esc #2021

About the song "Sugar"

Sugaris an English pop song composed by Filipp Kirkorov and Dimitris Kontopoulos. The lyrics are written by Mikhail Guzeriyev and Sharon Vaughn. With this song Natalia Gordienko will represent Moldova at ESC 2021. In Sugar, the singer sings about an energy that has taken possession of her and asks a person to come over so that he can give her "sugar" ("Sugar"). Preselection

The Republic of Moldova has so far selected the majority of its entries via the preliminary competition O Melodie Pentru Europa. Only in 2007 were the artist and title determined internally. Nevertheless, the 35 entries submitted at that time were published on the Internet and the progress of the decision-making process was reported. Over the years, O Melodie Pentru Europa has developed different modes. The majority of Moldovan contributions were presented in English. Eurovision Song Contest 2021

The 65th Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to take place at the Ahoy Arena in the Dutch city of Rotterdam between May 18 and 22, 2021. After the Netherlands won the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest and the 2020 event in Rotterdam was cancelled due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Eurovision Song Contest is now scheduled to take place there in 2021.
