Preselection
Evrovizijska Melodija is the Slovenian preliminary contest for the Eurovision Song Contest. It has been held regularly since 1996. The public television station Radiotelevizija Slovenija (RTV SLO) is responsible for hosting the event. Then in 2019, for the first time in three years, the system with finals and superfinals was used again. After a public call, RTV SLO selected ten finalists. In the end, a jury selected the two superfinalists. In the superfinal, televoting then decided the winner. This system was also used in 2020. #esc #2021 #slovenia #preselection #rtv #ana #soklic #superfinal
