Eurovision Song Contest Poland 2021

Rafał Brzozowski (born June 8, 1981 in Warsaw) is a Polish singer, television presenter and former wrestler. He will represent Poland at the ESC 2021. He started learning piano and guitar at the age of 10. In 2006, he won the bronze medal in the Polish University Wrestling Championships, but had to end his sports career due to a spinal injury. About the song "The Ride"

The Ride is an English-language pop song written by a team consisting of Joakim Övrenius, Thomas Karlsson, Clara Rubensson and Johan Mauritzson. With this track Rafał Brzozowski will represent Poland at ESC 2021. The up-tempo number features instrumentation of synthpop common for the 80s. Preselection

From 2006-2009 Piosenka dla Europy was held as a preliminary. In 2010 as well as in 2011 the pre-selection was held under the title Krajowe eliminacje. In 2014 and 2015 the entries were again selected internally. From 2016-2018, however, all Polish entries were again selected in a preliminary competition under the title Krajowe eliminacje. In 2019, for the first time in four years, the song and performer were selected internally. In 2020, a new preliminary format took place with the program Szansa na Sukces Eurowizja, which went over three semi-finals. #eurovision #song #contest #2021 #poland

Eurovision Song Contest 2021

The 65th Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to take place at the Ahoy Arena in the Dutch city of Rotterdam between May 18 and 22, 2021. After the Netherlands won the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest and the 2020 event in Rotterdam was cancelled due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Eurovision Song Contest is now scheduled to take place there in 2021.
