During most of the 20th century, Yalta was the principal holiday resort of the Soviet Union. In 1920 started the transformation of the city and the entire region from a fairly exclusive resort area into a recreation facility for tired proletarians, all of that by the decree “On the Use of Crimea for the Medical Treatment of the Working People”, which was issued by Vladimir Lenin. Andreas Andresen Haukeland (born April 12, 1993[2]), known by his stage name TIX, is a Norwegian singer, music producer and songwriter. He first became known in Norway for his party music, which is mainly used by young people in connection with the soot party. He has Tourette's syndrome and was also called "Tics" in his school days because of his tics. He eventually formed his stage name "TIX" from this name.
