According to the country’s tourist board, Croatia’s Adriatic coast is “the Mediterranean as it once was”, and indeed most of the tourists who make it the 18th most popular destination in the world flock either to the Istrian peninsula in the north or the Dalmatian coast further south. The Romans were there from the 1st to the 7th century AD, and they left behind many well preserved buildings of great interest. Albina Grčić (born February 6, 1999 in Split), better known by her given name Albina, is a Croatian singer who will represent her country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with her song Tick-Tock in Rotterdam. She lives with her grandmother, who has supported her since childhood. She took piano lessons at a music school for six years and began participating in "Music Talents," a music education project for children, teenagers and adults, when she was eight years old. In the process, she discovered her love of music. On February 13, 2021, she won the Croatian preliminary competition. #albina

Februar 1999 in Split), besser bekannt unter ihrem Vornamen Albina, ist eine kroatische Sängerin, die ihr Land beim Eurovision Song Contest 2021 mit ihrem Lied Tick-Tock in Rotterdam vertreten wird. Sie lebt bei ihrer Großmutter, die sie seit ihrer Kindheit unterstützt. Sie nahm sechs Jahre lang Klavierunterricht an einer Musikschule und begann als Achtjährige bei den „Music Talents“, einem musikpädagogischen Projekt für Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene, mitzumachen.
