Eurovision Song Contest Moldova 2021
Natalia Gordienko (Natalya Hordiyenko; born December 11, 1987 in Moldavian SSR) is a singer of Ukrainian descent. Natalia Gordienko has a music school degree as a pianist and earned her high school diploma in 2006. She competed together with pop singer Arsenium at ESC 2006 with the song Loca for Moldova, where she placed 20th in the final. As a solo singer, she was able to beat out 18 competitors in the Moldovan pre-selection for ESC 2020 and was now supposed to compete for her country. The 65th Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to take place at the Ahoy Arena in the Dutch city of Rotterdam between May 18 and 22, 2021. After the Netherlands won the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest and the 2020 event in Rotterdam was cancelled due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Eurovision Song Contest is now scheduled to take place there in 2021. It will be the fifth time that the Netherlands will host the event.
