Elena Tsagrinou (Greek Έλενα Τσαγκρινού Elena Tsangrinou; alternative transliteration also Elena Tsagkrinou; born November 16, 1994 in Athens) is a Greek singer. She is to represent Cyprus at the ESC 2021 in Rotterdam. At only 14 years old, she participated in the Greek version of Got Talent in 2009, where she reached the semi-finals. Soklič grew up in Bohinj. She won the EMA Evrovizija contest on 22.02.20 with the song Voda and was supposed to represent Slovenia at the ESC in Rotterdam in May 2020, but it had to be cancelled on 18.03.20.
