Der 62. Eurovision Song Contest fand vom 9. bis zum 13. Mai 2017 im International Exhibition Centre (IEC) in der ukrainischen Hauptstadt Kiew statt. Kiew war damit nach 2005 zum zweiten Mal Ausrichter des Wettbewerbs. Am 9. Februar 2017 fand unter dem Titel Eurovision Song Contest – Unser Song 2017 der deutsche Vorentscheid in Köln statt.
