В 1944 когда между Ковентри (Англия) и Сталинградом были установлены дружеские партнерские отношения. Именно в тот год наряду с собранными деньгами в Сталинград была передана в качестве подарка из Ковентри скатерть, на которой были вышиты имена 830 женщин Ковентри со словами «Лучше маленькая помощь, чем большое сожаление». Once an ancient medieval fortress later converted into a sumptuous Renaissance villa, through the genius of the architect Baldassarre Peruzzi.
