Tousin Chiza (* 1. Januar 2002) ist ein schwedischer Popsänger. Er tritt unter dem Künstlernamen Tusse auf und gewann die 15. Staffel der schwedischen Castingshow Idol. Tousin Chiza wurde in der Demokratischen Republik Kongo geboren. Als Kind floh er aus seiner Heimat. Er kam ohne seine Eltern nach Schweden und lebte seine ersten Jahre in Nora und Västerås, bevor er schließlich zu einer Familie in das kleine Dorf Kullsbjörken zog. Voices (englisch für Stimmen) ist ein englischsprachiger Popsong, der von dem schwedischen Sänger Tusse interpretiert wird. Er ist das Siegerlied von Melodifestivalen 2021 und der schwedische Beitrag für den Eurovision Song Contest 2021. Das Lied handelt von Zusammenhalt, Hoffnung und der Bedeutung, dass alle Stimmen gehört werden müssen.     Der 65. Eurovision Song Contest soll im Zeitraum vom 18. bis zum 22. Mai 2021 in der Ahoy-Arena in der niederländischen Stadt Rotterdam stattfinden. Nachdem die Niederlande den Eurovision Song Contest 2019 gewinnen konnten und die Veranstaltung 2020 in Rotterdam wegen der COVID-19-Pandemie abgesagt wurde, soll der Eurovision Song Contest im Jahr 2021 nun dort stattfinden.
